The app stores inventory events in IndexedDB. Sync combines both histories and rebuilds inventory. Remote checks run every minute while this app is open and connected; they never apply remote changes automatically.
Conflicting edits use a logical counter, then event ID, for a consistent whole-item winner. Both edits remain in history. Sync before editing when switching devices.
Export history regularly: clearing browser storage removes local data. Browser installation and storage retention vary by platform. On iOS, use Safari’s Share → Add to Home Screen.
